Redness, blotchy or irritated skin
A person suffering from a sensitive, red or blotchy skin, often finds it hard to look after their skin.

Here are a few tips to help you as well as links to products that our clients have found helpful.
> Cleansing and toning:
Never use a product that contains alcohol, this can be an irritant.
> Exfoliation:
Never use an exfoliator with granules/bits. A mild enzyme based exfoliator will dissolve the dead skin without encouraging any redness or irritation.
> Protection:
Use a day/evening cream. It is very important that you not only treat the redness, you must combat the sensitivity and protect the skin from external elements.
Be aware that these conditions can be caused or encouraged by lots of things.
> Extreme alteration in temperature, look away when opening your oven
> Eating too much spicy food
> Drink too much alcohol
> Lack of skin protection
> Hereditary factors
