Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a cheque, but this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Return / Refund Policy

We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within ten days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. When you return your goods please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 days from order.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Royal Mail deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm, occasionally on Saturday.
We realize that occasionally Royal Mail may try to deliver an order and you, or the intended recipient, may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, The Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains a contact number so you can speak to the Couriers and agree a convenient delivery time. The Post Office will hold the Parcel for one week.

If Royal Mail has recorded a failed delivery and the goods are returned to us because you failed to pick them up within the time limits imposed by Royal Mail, we will hold the order until repayment of the postage has been made and then your order will be resent.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the Royal Mail.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to 28 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT.

Please note that non EU customers may be subject to sales or import tax in their own countries.

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
